This information is used for the technical operation and security of the website and is not used to identify individual visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information collected through Moodle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who are admitted to the Old Catholic Institute and enrolled in our Learning Management System (Moodle) provide additional information as part of their formation, including course activity, assignment submissions, and progress records. This information is stored within our Moodle installation and is used solely for the purposes of formation and academic record-keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How We Use Your Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We use the information we collect for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To process and evaluate your application for admission and to conduct the vocational discernment process with Bishop Godsey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To communicate with you regarding your application, your admission status, and the discernment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enroll admitted students in our Moodle learning management system and to administer their formation program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To send course notifications, formation updates, and other communications related to your enrollment and progress in our programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain accurate records of formation and ordination preparation for students in our programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To operate and maintain the technical function and security of this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not use your information for marketing purposes. If you are admitted and enrolled, your formation records in Moodle are retained for the duration of your program and for a reasonable period thereafter for ordination and historical record purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to request deletion of your personal information, please contact us at bishopgodsey@myocci.org.
